2023 Midlands Indoor Tournament

The Midlands Indoor Senior clubs tournament was held at Aldersley Stadium on 17th December, with ten Men’s and six Women’s clubs entering the competition and split into two pools of 5 and 3 respectively. 

From the Women’s competition Cannock and Telford & Wrekin and Cannock qualified for the final whilst University of Nottingham and Harborne qualified from the Men’s. All teams had a 100% record from their pool matches. 

After two tightly contested matches Cannock overcame Telford in the Womens competition with a score line of 2-0, whilst the Men’s game ended 2-2 with University of Nottingham winning the resulting Shoot-out 3-2. 

Cannock and University of Nottingham now go forward to the Super 6’s competition in January - good luck to both teams, and thank you to all Midlands clubs for such a great turnout and competition!
